I would rap about the things that I was passing by and throw them into the rap. I would rap on my way to work and on my way home almost everyday. This is honestly how I got solid at kicking free’s. Which is the best way to practice, and a great way to learn how to freestyle rap. You can be loud, goofy and mess up on purpose. No neighbors, parents, roommates can you hear you rapping in your bedroom. If you have a car, load up some Spotify instrumentals and you will have all the freedom in the world to sound stupid.
